The Jira Administrator is the central role in this position, responsible for managing and optimizing the Jira environment within the organization. This role focuses on ensuring that Jira configurations, workflows, and permissions align with organizational needs and best practices.
Additional Responsibilities: 365 Management
Alongside Jira, this role also oversees specific components of the organization's 365 environment, including SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with business goals.
• Configure, manage and maintain Jira projects, workflows, and permissions.
• Analyze business requirements and implement advanced Jira configurations and customizations to meet organizational goals.
• Lead the integration of Jira with other tools and platforms and implement automation to enhance efficiency.
• Ensure system performance, manage updates, and coordinate with IT teams on integrations.
• Provide strategic insights, custom reporting, and advanced user support.
• Provide support to users, including answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and providing training.
• Manage and support services, including SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, Power Apps applications, Power Automate workflows, and SharePoint sites.
• Implement security policies, monitor compliance, and manage user access within SharePoint and other services.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and oversee updates and maintenance.
• Extensive experience with Jira administration, customization, and integration as the primary focus.
• Proficient in 365 administration, specifically SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
