Seeking IT Finance & Integration Business Systems Product Administrator
Summary
The candidate will have a strong background in ERP systems and EDI platforms, with a focus on managing and supporting system and data integration. This role will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration between the organization's accounting and finance systems, operations systems, as well as with third-party service providers. The successful candidate will have expertise in managing EDI mapping and processing, as well as experience in working with third party service providers. This role requires excellent technical skills, project management abilities, and a strong understanding of order management processes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Manage and support system and data integration between the organization's accounting and finance systems, including ERP systems, and other internal and external systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements, develop integration strategies, and ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.
• Manage EDI mappings and processes to facilitate seamless electronic data exchange with trading partners and third-party service providers.
• Manage and support EDI transactions, including document mapping, translation, validation, and transmission processes.
• Collaborate with third-party service providers, such as Ariba, SPS Commerce, and other similar platforms, to ensure smooth integration and data exchange.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, identify root causes, and implement timely resolutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation for integration processes, including specifications, mappings, and configurations.
• Perform data analysis and validation to ensure data integrity and accuracy during integration processes.
• Manage and support data transformation and cleansing activities to facilitate effective integration and reporting.
• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to understand their requirements and provide guidance and support related to system integration.
• Coordinate and prioritize integration-related projects, tasks, and activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with external partners and internal stakeholders to develop and maintain strong working relationships and ensure effective integration processes.

Qualifications or Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
• Experience as a Financial Systems Integration Analyst or a similar role, with a focus on ERP systems and EDI platforms.
• Good understanding of ERP systems, such as Oracle Financials, NetSuite, or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in managing and supporting EDI mapping, processing, and transaction management.
• Experience working with third-party service providers, such as Ariba, SPS Commerce, and other similar platforms.
• Solid knowledge of integration technologies, protocols, and standards, such as XML, XSLT, REST, SOAP, and FTP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong customer service orientation and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
• Knowledge of data security, privacy, and compliance requirements in integration processes.
