Seeking IT Business System Integrations Solutions Lead

Summary
Strong background in business process automation tools and extensive experience in managing process automation and collaboration platforms such as Nintex, SharePoint, Microsoft Power Automate, and other similar technologies. This role will work closely with business stakeholders to develop and manage process automation and collaboration solutions across the entire organization. This role will be responsible for managing both internal resources and third-party service providers. This is a critical position that requires exceptional technical skills, project management abilities, and a strong focus on driving process efficiency and collaboration. 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
•    Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify process automation and collaboration requirements and translate them into technical solutions using tools such as Nintex, SharePoint, Microsoft Power Automate, and others.
•    Develop and implement process automation workflows, forms, and other solutions to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
•    Configure, customize, and maintain process automation and collaboration platforms to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
•    Manage the integration of process automation and collaboration platforms with other business systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
•    Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, design solution architectures, and develop implementation plans.
•    Manage the full lifecycle of process automation and collaboration projects, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
•    Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
•    Establish and enforce best practices and standards for process automation and collaboration solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
•    Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of automation and collaboration solutions, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements.
•    Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in process automation and collaboration technologies, tools, and industry best practices.
•    Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers, including contract negotiations, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
•    Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback, assess user needs, and continuously improve process automation and collaboration solutions.
•    Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
•    Maintain documentation, including system configurations, technical specifications, user guides, and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications or Qualifications and Skills
•    Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
•    Proven experience as a Systems Collaboration Analyst or a similar role, with a focus on business process automation and collaboration platforms.
•    Strong expertise in business process automation tools such as Nintex, SharePoint, Microsoft Power Automate, and similar technologies.
•    Extensive experience in managing process automation and collaboration projects, from requirements gathering to implementation and support.
•    Solid understanding of business processes and the ability to analyze and optimize them through automation and collaboration solutions.
•    Experience with integration technologies and APIs to connect process automation and collaboration platforms with other business systems.
•    Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and meet deadlines.
•    Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
•    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
•    Strong customer service orientation and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
•    Knowledge of data security, privacy, and compliance requirements in process automation and collaboration platforms.
